Random Folders being created on my PC

I am having an issue where random folders are being generated in one of my drives and I cannot locate what is creating them.

Is there any way of seeing within Event Viewer what has created these folders? I delete them and they reappear and I cant seem to figure a way round this.

I have scanned my PC with ESET AV, Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware and Windows Defender and none of them returned any results.

The folders are often blank but some do generate a text file with a .file extension and its just full of Chinese symbols.

I would try a scan with ADWCLEANER
