Faded mac OS Sierra and apple logo on MBP screen

  blou 22:08 27 May 2018

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015), Processor 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5, Memory 16GB, Storage 121.12. GB and I'm running macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.4.

Today, I noticed that there's a sort of transparent macOS High Sierra logo and an apple logo, faded into the screen and it doesn't matter which application I use - it remains there. The colors of the display have also become saturated and there's a glow around all windows.

When I take screenshots, the display returns to normal within the selected area of the screen shot, however the transparent logos remain.

It should also be known that about a week or two ago, the screen would intermittently flash black (after long hours of use/watching movies) but this seemed to be fixed by resetting the PRAM.

Any help would be appreciated.
