Chargung Macbook retina from car

I’m looking for a device for charging my Macbook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2016) from my (UK) car. Is this possible - & if so what would be the recommended kit? I have searched high & low but can’t seem to get a definitive answer.

Many thanks

I purchased a "car kit" from Apple when I purchased my MBP. It includes a cigarette lighter power inverter that puts out 120W made by Kensington. Several times I've run a slide show all day off a parked Jeep with no problems. I camp a lot, and it's nice to take some tunes & movies sometimes. No TV reception in the mountains. mobdro

Hello, i think that your macbook can be charged by a car, but you will need a 12v inverter to charge it.
